Support is available Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 EAT, and Saturday, 10:00–15:00 EAT. After-hours messages are handled on the next business day.
The official FortyPOS Android application is published by FortyHives Innovations on Google Play. Use the public listing to verify the developer, update date, support contact and current data-safety declaration.
FortyPOS publishes package limits and optional services before purchase. The free trial is the recommended way to test workflows, devices, printing, business rules and staff access before subscribing. Physical setup, inventory entry, stock take and third-party integrations can attract separate charges.
Account owners can assign staff permissions so users only access the functions needed for their work.
Audit trails and operational records support accountability for important actions and business changes.

FortyPOS does not publish a customer rating, testimonial, usage total or case study unless the source can be identified and the customer has approved publication where required. Product pages distinguish current capabilities from integrations or specialist modules that may not be available.
Customer stories will include the business type, verified workflow, publication date and permission status. Results will be presented as that customer’s experience, not a guaranteed outcome for every business.
Availability of M-Pesa, eTIMS, SMS, email, banking and other integrations depends on the current product release, provider requirements and the customer’s configuration. Confirm availability, costs and implementation requirements with support before purchasing.
