1. The FortyPOS partnership programme
This Partnership Agreement describes participation in the FortyPOS partner programme operated by FortyHives Innovations Ltd. The programme supports local referrals and assisted business onboarding in Kenya. Read it alongside the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Applicants choose either Conversion Partner or Onboarding Partner. Applications and changes of partner type require FortyPOS approval. Submitting an application or verifying an email does not itself approve a partnership.
2. Conversion Partners — KSh 100 per qualifying business
A Conversion Partner earns KSh 100 once for a qualifying referred business only after both conditions are met: FortyPOS confirms completed onboarding, and the business makes its first subscription payment that is verified as collected.
A trial request, an approved trial, an incomplete setup or an unpaid subscription does not earn this reward. The same business cannot generate another conversion reward through a duplicate registration or a later renewal.
3. Onboarding Partners — 20% recurring commission
An Onboarding Partner earns 20% commission on eligible collected subscription payments for approved onboarding assignments, subject to confirmation of the onboarding entitlement. Assignment and completed onboarding are reviewed by FortyPOS.
The recurring commission applies to eligible collected subscription payments, not to free trials, unpaid orders or every purchase made by a referred business. Existing recorded onboarding entitlements and historical earnings remain traceable.
4. Referral links, QR codes and attribution
Use the referral code, shared link or campaign QR code issued through your partner account. Customer links lead to the FortyPOS trial request process. The referral must be recorded and verified during registration so it can be attributed to the appropriate partner.
Recorded referral eligibility is retained with the business. A later partner type change does not rewrite the referral history. If a code is missing, invalid or disputed, contact the partnership team for review; do not create a duplicate business to claim a reward.
5. Promotion and assisted onboarding
Use approved FortyPOS promotional materials and accurate descriptions of the service. You may request promotional graphics through the portal. Do not promise approval, commissions, prices or capabilities that FortyPOS has not authorised.
Customers must control their own accounts. Do not request or retain a customer password or verification code. Do not approve your own onboarding completion or use duplicate registrations, misleading claims or unauthorised representations to obtain rewards.
6. Payment verification and commission adjustments
Commission eligibility depends on verified collected subscription payments and the applicable onboarding confirmation. A browser payment success screen or an unverified payment status alone is not proof of an eligible collected payment.
Refunds, reversed payments or reconciliation findings can require a recorded commission adjustment. Held, adjusted or unreconciled amounts are unavailable for withdrawal until the issue is resolved. Historical earnings and adjustments remain recorded in the commission history.
7. Withdrawal requests and payout details
Partners can review available earnings and request a withdrawal through their own portal account. Requests are reviewed before payment. Reserved amounts are unavailable for another withdrawal while the request is pending.
Provide accurate M-Pesa or bank payout details and review them before submitting a request. The request retains its submitted amount and destination; editing your profile later does not change an existing withdrawal request. Payment status and any review response can be checked in the portal.
8. Partner accounts, status and type changes
Partner login credentials are separate from FortyPOS business user credentials. Verify your email, keep your password private and keep your contact and payout details current.
Use the portal to check application status, referrals, assigned onboarding work, commissions, withdrawal requests and promotional requests. Pending or suspended accounts do not have the same active programme permissions as approved partners.
You may request a change of partnership type through the portal. FortyPOS must approve the change before it takes effect. New work follows the approved type and assignment; recorded referral eligibility and historical earnings remain traceable.
9. Customer information and related policies
Use customer information only for authorised referral and onboarding assistance. Share only the information needed for that assistance and protect it from unauthorised access. The FortyPOS Privacy Policy explains how account and programme information is handled.
The Terms of Service govern use of FortyPOS services. The Refund Policy describes customer refund and cancellation matters; any resulting effect on commission is reviewed under the payment verification and adjustment rules above.
10. Questions, corrections and programme records
Contact partners@fortypos.com about an application, missing attribution, an onboarding assignment, an earnings adjustment or a withdrawal review. Include the relevant business or request reference, but never send passwords or verification codes.
This page records the programme terms published on 7 November 2026. Check the portal and the published agreement for programme information and contact the partnership team if a record or instruction needs clarification.
